Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility

You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. The dress must be in its original, unworn, unwashed state, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Process

Online Request: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", find the relevant order, and click "Request Return/Exchange". Fill out the form with details like the reason and your preferred option (refund, exchange, or store credit).

Shipping Costs

Customer - Paid Shipping: Usually, you're responsible for return shipping costs. Choose a tracked shipping service for your convenience.

Exception for Quality Issues: If the dress has a manufacturing defect or quality problem, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Refund and Exchange Processing

Inspection: Once we receive the returned dress, our team will inspect it within 5- 10 business days.

Refund Process: If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by your bank or payment provider, usually taking 3 - 10 business days.

Exchange Process: If you opt for an exchange, we'll ship the new dress as soon as the returned one passes inspection. If the desired dress is out of stock, we'll notify you and offer alternatives or issue a refund.

Store Credit: If you select store credit, the amount will be added to your account for future purchases.
